Seralene Microsurgical Suture by Huerzeler, Wachtel and Zuhr
The new Seralene Sutures were developed especially for vascular surgery. Seralene is a monofil, not resorbable suture, made of PVDF. Its smooth and non-porous surface arranges a perfect slide behaviour. Special advantages: The converting and coating of the needle assure a high non-ductility and breaking resistance - Material is stretchable - Easy to knot - Seralene is inert.
